Free trial terms

  • 14 days, free. Use the full product with your real shifts.
  • No card required. You won't be asked for payment details to start a trial.
  • No automatic charge. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to continue. If you don't, nothing is billed.

Prices are in US dollars. The tip pool calculator is free and stays free, with or without an account.

Pricing questions

When will Tips.cx launch?

We are building it now and do not have a date to announce yet. Join early access and we will email you when it opens.

Will the tip pool calculator stay free?

Yes. The calculator on the home page is free and does not need an account. The paid plans add saved records, history, stats and payroll exports.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, and no card is required to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep going, or simply stop.

What counts as a location?

A location is one place where you run a tip pool, such as one café, one bar or one salon. Two shops under the same owner are two locations.

What if I have more than five locations?

Email hello@tips.cx and tell us about your setup. We would like to hear from larger groups while we build.

Does joining early access commit me to anything?

No. Joining early access only means we will email you when Tips.cx opens. You can ignore that email, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time.
