Log a split at closing
Enter the tips and each person's hours as 5:30 or 5.5, with optional role weights and whole-dollar or exact-cent rounding. You see every payout before you save.

Split tips by hours worked
Enter the pool and each person's hours. Shares are calculated with exact whole-number arithmetic, so the result is the same every time and the payouts always add up to the total.

Fair, visible rounding
Split to whole dollars or exact cents. Leftover units go to the people closest to the next unit, then to whoever worked more hours, then by list order, and each one is marked so nobody wonders where the extra dollar went.

Role weights
Optional weights from 0.1 to 3.0 per person, for teams where a busser, barback or assistant takes a different share per hour than a server or stylist.

How it fits into closing
- Count the tips. Cash from the jar or drawer, plus card tips from your point-of-sale report.
- Log the shift. "Same as last shift" fills in the team; change anyone's hours, type the tips, and check the payouts.
- Save. The shift becomes a permanent record, and staff can see their own share on the staff link.
- Pay and export. At the end of the pay period, download the dates you need as a CSV.
